Maxun One solarbike design patent

For the Maxun One solarbike, solar panels had to be developed that were extremely lightweight, aerodynamic and durable. After a year of research, this resulted in solar panels with a unique minimalist design. The design is registered under US design patent USD778817S1 as the "solar panel pair". By patenting only the panels - not the entire solarbike - the patent remains universally applicable. Because I expect there to be an interesting market for solarbikes in California and Silicon Valley, I have chosen to register the patent in the US.
